The main controlling valve is Dome type of valve, which sits on a silicone seat. Except the connector whole shunt is made of medical grade silicone elastomer only. Each system is supplied complete with one unitised GSL 'Dome Valve' reservoir with 90cm radioopaque distal part, one 15cm sterilized by Ethylene Oxide gas and packed in double peel open packaging.
