INDICATORS PCD ETO

Process Challenge Devices (PCD) are designed to help medical device manufacturers and contract sterilization providers efficiently and accurately confirm EO sterility assurance. PCD patented products nominally consist of any commercial Biological Indicator strip, disc or SelfContained BI (SCBI) in a proprietary EO barrier pouch. Our convenient to use test pack replacement device provides greater EO resistance than almost all medical devices in most EO process cycles. Our PCD’s are Ethylene Oxide (EO) sterilization process challenge devices. They are a unique, patented packaging of B. atrophaeus (B. subtilis var. niger) biological indicators that are very convenient to use and are engineered to consistently demonstrate greater sterilization resistance than packaged medical devices in typical industry EO sterilization cycles.
