Povidone Iodine Tulle Dressing providing Povitulle TM is an antiseptic, antimicrobial tulle dressing brownish in color, consists of knitted weave viscose fabric evenly impregnated with ointment containing Povidone Iodine B.P / U.S.P. 10% w/w. Soothes, Non adherent, in presence of wound fluid POVIDONE molecule sustain releases the IODINE to come in contact with micro organism''s cell to inactivate. The ointment is soluble in water which is easy to clean from skin & wound surface.The dressing fabric is woven from superior quality of viscose yarn. Interlocking construction of threads minimizes fraying while dressing to shape. Interleaved for easy peel off and aseptic application. It is a unique antiseptic, antimicrobial tulle dressing. It is indicated for the treatment of Acute superficial infected wound, Infection of minor burns, cuts, grazes, fingertip Injuries & bites, Minor trauma & Postoperative prophylaxis, Injuries of superficial skin loss, Leg ulcer, pressure sores, infected ulcerative wound. Providing Povitulle TM apply directly to clean wound surface & protect dressing with sterile secondary dressing tape, bandage to hold the dressing in position. It is advisable to use under the supervision of a medical physician. The frequency of change of dressing depends upon condition & recovery of the wound. At a time not more than four dressings applied.
